Cecilio C. Tamarit is a Fulbright Scholar from Spain, and an Electrical and Computer Engineering PhD student at Cornell University. He earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. Computers and cultural exchange are some of his many passions, and he enjoys sharing them with others. In the past, he has worked in several divulgation and entrepreneurial tech projects.
